This version of the video is an mpg file and is the best quality version. If you have DVD player software like WinDVD or the VideoLan media player I would suggest this version of the video.

There are 2 resolutions available, a standard resolution (very good quality) and a high resolution (HD quality) version. Pick the one that works best for you noting that the high resolution version is 2 1/2 times the size.
