Hours of Operation

If you would like product and pricing information, the TastingMaster sales team is available to assist you during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, at 1.866.923.4610. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with TastingMaster, please contact TastingMaster Sales Support by email at sales@tastingmaster.com or by phone during normal business hours.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, if you are a Washington State resident, TastingMaster will charge Washington State sales tax at the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. The invoice that TastingMaster emails you will include any applicable sales tax. In addition, TastingMaster will charge sales tax for downloaded software purchases if local law in the jurisdiction where you reside requires TastingMaster to do so.

Electronic Software Downloads

In order to purchase software for electronic software download (ESD) from TastingMaster you will need to provide basic registration information. The initial registration process is conducted the first time you add products to your shopping cart. If you have a TastingMaster account, you can purchase additional products at any time using your account login. At the time of checkout, TastingMaster will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provide during the checkout process. Once TastingMaster receives the credit card authorization, TastingMaster will email you an account password and product license key along with information necessary to download your purchase.

If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can use the information provided to download your purchase for up to 30 days after your initial purchase.

TastingMaster will charge sales tax for downloaded software purchases if local law in the jurisdiction where you reside requires TastingMaster to do so.

Shipping Options

TastingMaster may choose to offer various shipping options. Any available shipping options will be listed in your shopping cart on the order or order confirmation page.

Remember that any delivery times indicated for available shipping options are estimates and are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves TastingMaster’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond TastingMaster’s control once your it leaves our facilities we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Defective Items

Reporting TastingMaster Software Defects
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any TastingMaster software product, please contact TastingMaster Technical Support at 1.206.388.3340 or by email to support@tastingmaster.com or by completing a software problem report.

Damaged Purchases Directly form TastingMaster
If you purchased a product directly from TastingMaster and received the product damaged in shipping, contact TastingMaster sales during normal business hours as described under
Hours of Operation above.

Products purchased through other
If you purchased a TastingMaster product from one of our authorized distributors and receive the product damaged in shipping, contact the original point of purchase for product replacement or refund based on their return policy.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your TastingMaster purchase of a product, please call 1.866.923,4610 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, TastingMaster will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the TastingMaster within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be returned in their original packing material if possible and in their original condition. TastingMaster will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened item.

Please note that TastingMaster does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.)
  • Electronic software downloads

Other Terms and Conditions

TastingMaster is not responsible for typographical errors. TastingMaster reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the purchase concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

TastingMaster reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

TastingMaster may make changes to any products or services offered, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at on the TastingMaster web site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and TastingMaster makes no commitment to update the information provided with respect to such products and services.

TastingMaster reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the TastingMaster web site and associated shopping options, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the TastingMaster web site, or any portion of the TastingMaster site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the TastingMaster web site, or any portion of the site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

To the extent permitted by law, all sales from TastingMaster are governed by Washington State law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

No TastingMaster employee or agent has the authority to vary any of TastingMaster’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.

If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.

TastingMaster’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by TastingMaster of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between TastingMaster and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.

These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
